Returns and Claims

If you would like to return your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. It costs 39DKK to return from Denmark. Simply register your return, purchase a return label, and follow the instructions to send the package back to us.

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, without undue delay, and no later than within 7 business days.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item purchased through Unamari, please contact our customer service team with a description of the issue, your order number, and attach relevant photos.
We always strive to process complaints as smoothly as possible and within 6–8 business days.

If the item was purchased from a retailer, any complaint must be handled directly with the retailer.
