At Unamari, we offer a variety of products in the tire accessories category. Although we have been designing horse rugs for many years and pride ourselves on offering great fits, every horse is unique and may have individual needs. That's why we also offer a range of different types of accessories for rugs. These include products for special challenges, but also various loose parts that you may need to replace before the entire rug needs replacing, as well as holders etc. for rugs that can make handling rugs easier in the stable.

Horse rug undershirt

A horse rug undershirt is worn as an inner layer and provides protection for the chest and shoulder against friction from the rug. It is made of an elastic material and should fit snugly and comfortably but not tightly against the horse's body. A horse undershirt can be used both as a preventative measure to protect the coat from wear and tear from the rug. If an accident has occurred and the rug has worn the coat, a rug undershirt can also be used to reduce the risk of further wear. Especially horses with a fine coat or clipped horses can be predisposed to wear, especially on the shoulders.

Here at Unamari you will find our classic undershirt for horses from Horse Guard which fits many horses and ponies as the sizes range from xs-xl. In our Catago FIR-Tech range you will also find a tire undershirt. This undershirt has woven ceramic particles that reflect the horse's own body heat, resulting in increased blood flow, relieving tension in the horse's shoulders and keeping the muscles soft and flexible. At the horse's withers, this undershirt also has a pressure-relieving memory foam pad that provides extra protection for the horse.

Horse rug protector

Catago FIR-Tech range you will also find a horse rug protector. A brisket protector, like the undershirt, is an option to protect against chafing caused by the tire. In this case the front closure. The brisket protector consists of two flaps, one flap should be on the inside of the rug, directly against the horse's brisket. The other flap hangs on the outside of the rug to keep it in place. The protector has Velcro to ensure it stays in place. It is very soft and on the inside it has FIR-Tech material, which with the ceramic particles reflects the horse's own body heat into the tissue. Tire extender

A tire extender is an extra piece that is inserted at the front of the tire to lengthen the piece when bringing. It can be an advantage and a budget-friendly way to customize a rug for a horse or pony that is wide and muscular at the front, but is a short model where it would not be appropriate to go up a size in the rug to gain more space at the front. Horse tail protector

A horse tail protector can be used both in the stable and during transportation. A tail protector provides optimal protection for the horse's tail. The root of the tail is protected by a neoprene piece, at the bottom of which a tail bag can be attached, which the tail is placed in. A tail protector is considered a necessity by many, especially owners of horses with white and light-colored tails. Unamari offers both a Catago Fir-Tech tail protector including tail bag and a Horse Guard tail protector. In addition, in our Quick Dry range you will also find a tail bag made of highly absorbent material that ensures faster drying of the horse's tail. This is especially attractive for horses with beautiful thick tails that can take a long time to dry.

Horse rug accessories

A rug has many loose parts, and instead of having to replace the entire rug if a small part becomes worn or broken, we offer a range of rug accessories. These include elastic leg straps with a carabiner at one end, web strap with carabiner, rubber for girth buckle, which is a small safety strap that horse owners of horses that play a lot in the paddock, resulting in broken tires, will love.

Hanger for horse tires

You may need different types of hangers for tires, both at home in the stable and when you're on the go, for example at horse shows etc. We offer a wide range of accessories for stable equipment and fixtures, including specific products for horse rugs.

In the fickle Danish weather, wet rugs with dirt and mud are not unknown to most horse owners. Many switch to a stable rug or similar so that the horse does not have to stand with a wet and perhaps heavy rug in the stable. It is important that a wet rug is hung to dry, and in this regard we would like to highlight our large Horse Guard rug holder, which is ideal for mounting in the stable. It has a total of six arms and can therefore handle the suspension of 6 tires.

If you don't have such a large need, we offer different tire ladders, such as the Equipage Court tire ladder or the Horse Guard tire ladder. Or our different Horse Guard tire holders, which come in a model for the box and a model for fixed mounting and finally the Horse Guard tire holder with adjustable chain. These can be used in the stable on a daily basis, but are also ideal to take to horse shows to keep track of various riding equipment including tires in front of the box.

Finally, we also offer smart tire bags that make it easy to store and transport tires. They are so big that they can hold even a thick winter tire.
