Design process
Our design team works closely with our suppliers to develop new fabrics and materials, and we frequently travel to trade fairs and supplier visits to find the latest inspiration for Equipage. We listen to feedback from customers and riders to improve our products. Colors and patterns are carefully chosen to create functional and fashionable details, with a sporty twist such as pockets for mobile phones, snow cuffs, and slits in riding jackets.
Product testing
To ensure that our horse riding equipment meets the highest standards, they undergo extensive testing phases. Our design team tests the products in use themselves, and we collaborate with external riders who help test the riding wear under various conditions. The products are washed countless times to ensure durability and quality over time. Therefore, we know that every part of our riding equipment can withstand daily use and the challenges riders face.
Colors and materials
Equipage riding apparel is often made from stretchable and breathable materials to ensure comfort during use. We choose fresh colors inspired by nature as well as fashion and trend forecasts. It is important to us that our seasonal colors are appealing and attractive, with a Scandinavian influence, and that our riding wear is also always available in basic colors such as black, white, and navy.
Equipage is a renowned supplier of riding apparel and rider accessories, originally established in 1976 by the company Scan-Horse A/S. In 2019, Eldorado A/S acquired Scan-Horse and took over their equestrian brands, Equipage and Horse Guard. The two brands are now designed and developed by the Unamari team at Eldorado in Haderslev.
