Targeted support and care for joints, tendons, and ligaments in the horse’s legs
Catago FIR-Tech LED Inserts for Stable Horse Boots offer lightweight, user-friendly, and safe professional-grade LED therapy, designed to provide the horse’s legs with extra care and support after training, competitions, and periods of increased strain.
A horse’s legs are subjected to significant stress every day, which is why recovery and care for the legs are an important part of the horse’s overall care. The FIR-Tech LED inserts are specially designed for targeted use around joints, tendons, and ligaments, where they can be incorporated into the daily wellness and recovery routine.
The product is suitable for horses, humans and dogs, with dedicated programmes for each user group.
A new generation of LED therapy
This new generation has been developed with Gen3 LED technology, which provides optimized light output with more LEDs and a more ergonomic design. At the same time, the compact electronics make the system lighter than before without compromising performance.
The inserts feature red, blue, and near-infrared LED lights in a single unit and are controlled via the intelligent Smart Knob, which includes a wide range of preset programs. The latest software provides intuitive operation and intelligent session management, precisely tailored to the inserts’ applications.
You can choose programs for warming up, recovery, blood circulation support, and much more, making it easy to tailor the treatment to your horse’s specific needs. The Smart Knob is also compatible with all previous generations of Catago FIR-Tech LED products.
The integrated LED lights are evenly distributed to ensure uniform treatment of the area. The flexible design comfortably conforms to the horse’s leg, and the inserts can be used both in standard Catago stable horse boots or as a standalone solution, making them easy to integrate into the horse’s daily care routine.
Catago FIR-Tech LED inserts are an investment in your horse’s recovery and long-term well-being, both in everyday life and during periods of increased training.

Behind the technology:
LED light therapy has proven beneficial effects and is used today by many Riders to optimize their horse’s rest and recovery. The blue LED light works on the surface and can support the skin’s natural balance. The red and near-infrared light penetrates deeper into the tissue, where it can support the body’s natural recovery processes and contribute to increased comfort after training.
That’s why LED therapy is often used both to prepare the body for work and as part of recovery after activity. Many riders also find that the treatment can help their horse release tension and find calm.
The possibilities are many, and we’ve made it as easy as possible to use our therapy products because we believe that caring for your horse can easily be both effective and simple to integrate into your daily routine.
